Version 3.0 represents a comprehensive overhaul of the application, leveraging Apple's modern frameworks to enhance functionality and user experience.

This straightforward app serves as a dedicated space for users to record their prayers. It is equipped with the ability to schedule reminders for prayer at four traditional intervals throughout the day, specifically: Morning Prayer at 7 AM, Noon Day Prayers at noon, Evening Prayers at 5 PM, and Night Prayers (Compline) at 9 PM. Additionally, users have the flexibility to add more scheduled times as needed.

Instructions for Use

• Prayer List: The opening screen displays the user's prayer list. To add a new prayer, simply tap the + icon located in the top right corner. Users also have the option to incorporate an Episcopal Prayer List Widget on their home screen, which randomly displays a prayer from the list every hour. A manual refresh can be initiated from the prayer list screen. In this updated version, users can also categorize their prayers upon entry. Deleting a prayer is accomplished by swiping left, while swiping right allows for editing.
• Settings: By tapping into the designated fields, a picker interface will appear to facilitate time selection. Scheduled reminder times can be established using the button adjacent to the picker fields. To remove all scheduled notifications, users can select the “Cancel Notifications” button at the bottom of the screen or opt to delete single reminders by swiping left.
• Daily Devotions: The central icon on the Prayer List screen navigates users to Daily Devotions. These concise one-page devotions, sourced from the 1979 Episcopal Book of Common Prayer, are designed to seamlessly integrate into daily routines for personal prayer.
